Hi, I’m Vincent Sparreboom and here’s a short introduction about me, my life as a Dutch Problogger and about our Multi Media Production Company Promedia Blogging.
I am 31 years old and I am born in Rotterdam and really proud of it! I’m officially a professional blogger since September 2007. Although I am only a problogger since 2007 I was already active on the web for about 10 – 15 years. You can say that I was here from the “early” days. I was always interested in building sites and internet marketing (nowadays called SEO and SEM), I joined many international web communities and I loved being part of the dynamic and lively surroundings of the web. Even though I was always active on the web I never grabbed the ability to start something of my own because I was always helping others.
This made me do it!
In the beginning of 2006 I belonged to the management team of an international web community with more than 70.000 members. Unfortunately this web community closed quite radical because of “misunderstandings” among the owners.
Before I became a problogger I have worked for wide ranging businesses varying from a Local wholesale distributor as well as a Large German Multi National which was my last employee. All my employees where market leaders or key players in their market. I have always worked in Sales-, Marketing- and Project Management and these roles combine perfectly with my interests and hobbies which brought me to the Blogosphere.

Now that I’m in the Blogosphere working what am I doing here? Good question! Currently I’m personally working and making a living of four blogs which are 3 English and 1 Dutch blog. But this isn’t all; we also have numerous other blogs like this one that we don’t work on everyday. Besides these blogs we have quite a few Adsense sites and affiliated sites and are we creating a blog network.
Besides the blogs, the sites and our network we now have a company called Promedia Blogging. This is the company that I run with my partner Lonneke Poel and my brother Rob Sparreboom joins in as a part time Desktop Publisher.
As you have noticed surfing around our site we supply several services like setting up your (corporate) blog and setting up or designing your advertising campaign. I participated in an education in Business and Marketing and my partner is about to graduate in honor for her study Communication & Multi-Media Design and Multi Media Productions. I hope I’ve vividly explained and made you realize that this level of education combined with our successful online experience and our background that Promedia could be your ideal partner for helping you joining the Web 2.0 communities.
